Our Mission
Brisabella was born from a desire to make the beauty business personal, with a focus on the individual needs of each client through customized skin care and consultation.
At Brisabella, the goal is to promote beauty from the inside out, using a combination of holistic skincare and cutting-edge treatments. Our client-centered approach allows the Esthetician to work closely with each client, assessing their needs and customizing treatments one on one. In today’s world, beauty is a big business. Brisabella wants to make it personal.

We can create the perfect facial for you, whether you are looking to correct, control, prevent or maintain. All facials begin with a consultation and evaluation of your skin. We use the Osmosis Beauty Medical Skincare Collection products for our facials.

Located in the heart of Chelsea in Manhattan, at Brisabella, we are committed to exceeding our guests' experience through service, education, and inspiration while providing community awareness, comfort, and nurturing to all.
Our Team
Elsa Reyes | Founder
Elsa Reyes began her career over 29 years ago, in one of the most exclusive hotel on Miami's South Beach. She later moved to New York City, where she worked in an upscale spa on the Upper East Side, then joined a doctor to help run a medical aesthetics studio in SoHo for several years. Elsa's clientele are wellness conscious individuals who are passionate about looking and feeling their best. Elsa enjoys international travel and returns home to her native Nicaragua often. It is on these beaches that she feels rejuvenated by the ocean breeze- the "Brisabella" that inspired the name of her skincare studio.
Sylvia Roman | Intuitive Navigator
Sylvia Roman is an Intuitive Navigator and a mother of 4 residing in New York.
Sylvia has been gifted since birth, and had her first vision at the age of 8. She comes from a long line of relatives whom also share her gift, including her beloved Grandfather who passed away at 105 years of age and who still guides her today from the other side.
Sylvia’s gift humbly allows her to assist others in obtaining peace and resolution with the past and with the present. Sylvia acts as a conduit to reconnect others with their loved ones whom have journeyed on. Her gift has afforded her the ability to reach many people all over the globe.
Sylvia participates in many humanitarian efforts including conducting reading sessions for Servicemen and woman, police officers, fire fighters, victims of PTSD & victims of domestic/sexual abuse. In addition, Sylvia conducts “End of Life” readings for patients whom are no longer audible (in comas), in order to bring awareness to their final wishes and concerns.
